I came across
Ruth and her work when I was ready for deep healing from
trauma. Doing a lot of individual developmental work and
eventually training as a practitioner grounded me enough
to feel held and begin to hold others.
As
a result of my journey I have developed a very inclusive approach
to working with people. From the ground of presence I listen
to and honour the unfolding of the bodymind. I see every
aspect of ourselves as a valid expression of the whole,
longing to come home.
I incorporate Rhythmic Healing into my solo autobiographical
theatre work, which includes movement, improvisation and
sharing your story for personal and collective healing.
